What is a whole30 coach and why should i hire one?
Whether you have done a Whole30 or not, you probably still have a lot of questions. Starting a Whole30 can be overwhelming, especially with how busy our schedules are nowadays. With a Whole30 Coach, your answers will get answered quickly and you'll be directed to useful resources. A Whole30 Coach will provide you accountability and daily motivation to keep going when the cravings start talking! A Whole30 Coach can provide support, tips, and suggestions based on your individual needs!
WHY CHOOSE ELAINA AS YOUR COACH?
Elaina has always had a passion for health and fitness. She has completed (4) Whole30's herself and has guided many friends through the program. She LOVES cooking and has an endless number of tips for saving money at the grocery store and meal prepping efficiently. Elaina really wants to understand what her clients are currently struggling with and what goals they have for themselves. She will use this understanding to help motivate them in the best way possible. Elaina also wants to help simplify the program for busy lives. As a full-time employee herself, she knows the challenges of prepping to eat whole, real foods everyday. In addition, Elaina can provide suggestions for exercise to supplement the Whole30 if that is of interest to you!
4 week & 6 wEEK- online group oPTIONS
There are two coaching options, the 4 week group and the 6 week group. The difference is that the 6 week group includes guidance and support through the prep week and the first week of reintroduction
Four weeks (30 days) support
Access to a 30 day accountability FB group or GroupMe where Elaina posts daily
Identify your goals and commit to the program
Complete the Whole30 Commitment to Yourself contract and identify your “whys”
(What are your main goals for completing this program?)
Engage in the group:
share challenges & successes
ask questions about traveling on Whole30, label reading, dining out, etc.
request and share recipe suggestions
Reach out to Elaina when extra support is needed
One pre-Whole30 call (face/phone)- 1 hour
Get to know each other
Discuss health concerns and goals
Discuss food likes/dislikes for meal planning/recipe guides
Identify local grocery stores for identifying best place to find items
Identifying specific needs or wants to tailor the program to fit your lifestyle (i.e. see examples below)
Weekly emails from Elaina that provide an overview of the resources, encouragement, and tips you can expect to see in the FB Group that week

Food freedom life can be harder than we originaly plan. It is easy to fall off the wagon after 30 days of clean eating. Elaina recognizes this and that is why she includes a follow-up call in her package. She will schedule a post-Whole30 follow-up call 6 weeks after your day 30.
